On December 24, 2025, the management and staff of Northern Siam Seedlac Co., Ltd. (Seedlac Factory) and Punthai Food Supply Co., Ltd. jointly conducted the "Annual Fire Drill and Evacuation Training 2025" at the company’s premises in Lampang Province. The primary objective was to reinforce workplace safety standards in compliance with legal requirements and to ensure systematic preparedness for fire emergencies.
Activity Details and Key Highlights
The training session covered both theoretical and practical components to ensure that personnel at all levels acquired the necessary knowledge and expertise:
Theoretical Training: A comprehensive review of fire theories, types of fire, and the correct selection of fire extinguishing equipment for various situations. This also included initial risk assessment within the workplace.
Fire Suppression Practice: Employees engaged in hands-on skills training using fire extinguishers and water hoses under expert supervision. This session aimed to build familiarity and reduce panic in the event of a real emergency.
Evacuation Drills and Emergency Response Plan: A simulated emergency was conducted to test alarm systems, the efficiency of evacuation routes, and the movement of personnel to the Assembly Point within the designated timeframe. A headcount was performed to ensure that no personnel remained inside the building.
First Aid and Basic Life Support: A drill on procedures for treating injured persons and coordinating with external agencies to ensure rapid and effective emergency medical response.
